Guests that book through Five Star Alliance receive a bottle of Champagne and fresh fruit upon arrival, a freshly prepared breakfast daily, 2 Spa treatments per room/per stay at the unique Waterfront Spa of the resort , complimentary kids entertainment, complimentary VIP butler service, and luxury private transfers to and from Zakynthos airport from the resort.
All guests making reservations made through Five Star Alliance will receive the following complimentary amenities: a welcome seasonal fruit and beverage in the room upon arrival; full use of gym, sauna, hammam spa, and tennis courts; WiFi; and accommodation for children 0-8 years of age sharing with parents. For guests staying a minimum of five (5) nights, a 50 Euro voucher per adult, per stay will be available at The Espace Vitalité Chenot Elounda Beach Spa.
All reservations made through Five Star Alliance for a stay of 3 nights or longer, will also receive a bottle of sparkling wine, fresh fruit basket upon arrival, complimentary breakfast for each guest daily, and complimentary WiFi.
Reservations booked under the "5 Star Signature Package" rate will also include Continental breakfast for two daily, and a 75 GBP hotel credit (not applicable to room rate or retail) per room/per stay.
All reservations booked under the "5 Star Signature Package" rate in Deluxe guest rooms or above, will also include full breakfast for each guest daily in Marchal, VIP status, a $100 USD food and beverage credit per room/per stay in Marchal (excluding alcohol), and a welcome amenity.
All guests making reservations with Five Star Alliance will also receive full breakfast daily for up to two in-room guests in restaurant or room service, a $100 USD equivalent Spa Services credit to be utilized during stay (not combinable, no cash value if not redeemed in full), a home made "Cantucci" and a bottle of Vinsanto Baracchi, a $50 USD equivalent food & beverage services credit to be utilized during stay (not combinable, no cash value if not redeemed in full), and complimentary Wi-Fi.
All guests making reservations with Five Star Alliance will also receive a full English Breakfast for each guest daily in Kona Restaurant, a $100 US equivalent food and beverage credit (not valid on room rate and no cash value), complimentary Wifi, and a 20% discount on treatments at the Wellness Center. Additionally, reservations for four (4) nights or more will also receive a one-way airport transfer.
All guests making reservations through Five Star Alliance will also receive a complimentary cocktail per person, once during their stay.

In addition, for Deluxe rooms and all Suite categories at the "Flexible" rate , a $100 USD credit to be used at the Spa or at Assaje Restaurant (food only, no cash value) is also included.
Guests that book through Five Star Alliance receive a welcome pastry or appetizer with personalized note from the management and a Gourmet basket “Souvenirs de Paris” by REJ (value 50 Euro). Additionally, guests who stay between October 20, 2023 and February 29, 2024 receive a 100 Euro Spa credit per room/per stay.
