Hutton Hotel

Following a multi-phased renovation, the revitalized Hutton Hotel debuted in December 2017. Offering the same southern style hospitality guests have come to expect, the property now offers an immersive journey into Music City's creative culture.

In partnership with Red Light Management, the hotel added a 5,000 square foot music venue, as well as the Analog and Writers' Room creative spaces. The new restaurant on the lobby level, Mane & Rye welcomes diners with all-day breakfast, lunch, supper and weekend brunch. The bar features an extensive rye whiskey program, creative craft cocktails, and boozy milkshakes. Tasty and tempting house-made desserts and seasonal pies provide the just-right sweet treat anytime. With a vibe that's both relaxed and vibrant, Mane & Rye encourages guests to stay awhile and enjoy old-school pinball, shuffleboard, and live music.

Designed by Studio 11 Design, the hotel’s 250 guest rooms and suites are ideal for the seasoned traveler. Providing a residential feel with eccentric design elements mirroring the vibrant energy of Nashville itself, the renewed accommodations offer some of the largest guest rooms in Nashville, with a color palette of soft blue and gray tones. While white-tiled bathrooms have glass enclosed rain-head showers, and new bath products by Triumph & Disaster.
